Some comments:
- The date by which the timesheet needs to be handed in should be defined, so that we don't have the person expecting to submit the form on the last working day and get paid the same day. Potentially this could be the middle of the month, or at the end of the 3rd week (with pay up to that point in the month).
- Pay: bear in mind that we're essentially a charitable organization, so we should not necessarily be expecting to pay the same rate as commercial organizations. I suggest the range of £10-£15 per hour dependent on experience.
- Reporting: Support that they should report to the secretary.
