Governance Committee

The Governance Committee is a Board committee. It currently consists of:

• Michael Maggs (chair, ex officio) (trustee)
• Carol Campbell (trustee)
• Josie Fraser (trustee)
• Kate West (trustee)

• Rosie Chapman (external member)

The committee operates according to the Governance Committee Charter.

Meetings

Meetings of the Governance Committee are normally held on the second Thursday of February, May, August and November at Development House, starting at 2:30 pm. The CEO is normally in attendance.

Committee agendas and minutes are listed at Board meetings, along with the dates of future meetings.
