2016 Annual General Meeting/Resolutions

Any member who wishes to bring forward a resolution for consideration at the AGM must inform the charity, and supply a copy of the suggested text, by no later than 3 June 2016. The suggested text may either be sent by email to the chair of the board, or may be posted here. While members' resolutions are normally accepted for discussion at the AGM, the right is reserved to reject inappropriate suggested texts (for example those that are unlawful, legally incorrect, or excessively lengthy).
