Logistics

The Wikimedia UK office will be made available for this. Also, if a volunteer can find another free space elsewhere and there is enough interest, another session can be held.

A start time of 1pm on a Saturday would be ideal as there are some volunteers who would have difficulty making an earlier start. 1-6pm looks most likely. If anyone would like to propose dates, please do go ahead. Currently, Saturday 5 September is unavailable due to a clash with the Wikipedia Science Conference.

I cannot do Saturday 12th September or 18th October. LoopZilla (talk) 11:51, 7 August 2015 (BST)
The second half of September is likely to be bad for me. Charles Matthews (talk) 13:37, 5 August 2015 (BST)
Only Saturday in September that I can currently do is the 26th, if we're doing 1-6 I can do the Glasgow-Euston journey in a day...Lirazelf (talk) 09:23, 11 August 2015 (BST)

Date?

Charles, do you want to suggest some dates? We could also Doodle for the biggest number who can attend those dates? LoopZilla (talk) 17:24, 11 August 2015 (BST)

Or is Joe going to be the lead trainer? LoopZilla (talk) 17:26, 11 August 2015 (BST)

No and no. Charles Matthews (talk) 18:31, 11 August 2015 (BST)

Rather than worrying about a Doodle etc I've listed some dates below (all of them are Saturdays). Please add your signature alongside any dates that work for you. 5 September is a no go for the WMUK office space as it's being used for the Science Hackathon. I can't make either 12 or 26 September so if any of those dates are the consensus choice it will be dependent on finding someone able to open up the office. Hope this helps. 12 September

Date fixed

Given the few votes above, let's go with 24 October as a consensus. I will ping an email to the UK and Wikidata lists and encourage people to sign up. Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 14:26, 19 August 2015 (BST)
