- This format is suitable for, but not limited to; floating ideas, giving personal perspectives, highlighting research that is in progress, demonstrating tools or resources.
- Panel (at least 3 speakers, 50 mins)
- Each panel will have at least 3 speakers and a moderator. The moderator will be chosen by the conference organisers.

- For a presentation or lightning talk, please provide a one-line title and 100 to 150-word abstract.
- For a panel proposal, please provide one or more speaker biographies of 100-150 words, showing why their experience is relevant to the selected conference themes. If you have fewer than three proposed speakers, then you, the wiki community or the conference organisers can suggest additional speakers subsequent to your proposal.
