Wikimedia UK could host a presentation day about the aims of the Wikimedia Foundation, which would cover the following topics:

Wikipedia
Wikimedia foundation and its projects
What MediaWiki is (possibly with a learning session in installation for users, if there is permission available from IT department)
How Wikimedia needs your donations.
