Wikimedia UK could host a presentation day about the aims of the Wikimedia Foundation, which would cover the following topics:

  • Wikipedia
  • Wikimedia foundation and its projects
  • What MediaWiki is (possibly with a learning session in installation for users, if there is permission available from IT department)
  • How Wikimedia needs your donations.
