Rename?

If its all the same, this mirrors the language the FRSB use and so I'd rather leave it. If someone who never donated wanted to raise a concern about fundraising practice this would apply to them the same, so actually the broader definition is ok? Having said that I take your point that it may not be clear enough it *only* applies to fundraising practice so I could tweak along those lines?
