Cultural Outreach Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wikimedia UK (WMUK; a Registered Charity (no 1144513) and the UK chapter of the global Wikimedia movement). It owns QRpedia on behalf of the community.

It was incorporated on 29 May 2013.

The sole director of the company is Jon Davies.
