Some questions we need to consider

We need to give some serious thought to what we actually want this booklet to achieve. I'm of the view that we don't yet have enough clarity on these points to be able to take this booklet forward in a satisfactory way:

• Who is the booklet's audience?
• What are the outcomes we want it to achieve for us?
• What do we want people reading the booklet to do?

These may seem obvious questions but I don't think these have properly been answered. They are all crucial in setting the tone and style of the content, the framing of any appropriate examples and guidance.
