Anyone driving from Manchester?

Is anyone driving to this from Manchester? If you are, and you've got space in your car for me, I'd appreciate it if I could tag along with you. Of course I'd be happy to pay my share of fuel costs. Thanks. --Deskana (talk) (email) 14:52, 9 April 2013 (UTC)

Walk from the railway sytation

Directions when walking to the venue from the railway station )with my annotations):

1. Head east (right) on St. Mary's St/A57
2. Slight left to stay on St. Mary's St/A57
3. Continue to follow A57
4. Turn left toward Melville St/A15
5. Turn right toward Melville St/A15
6. Turn left onto Melville St/A15
7. Continue to follow A15, Broadgate, over the river
8. Turn right onto Monks Rd/B1308 - the venue os on the left.

Parking

I think there might be some parking at the venue, but if there is, it will be limited (Katie is in touch with the point of contact at the venue, so I'll draw her attention to this). There are various public car parks in Lincoln, including some quite close to the venue. See WikiConference UK 2013/Getting to Lincoln and Parkopedia.
