The Service Desk is the point of contact between the association administration (volunteer & professionals) and the members or interested people. It is thought to be based on OTRS.

- Purpose: To respond to all donor queries received directly or forwarded from WMF or other email contacts

- Purpose: To respond to all membership queries received directly or forwarded from WMF or other email contacts
