The Service Desk is the point of contact between the association administration (volunteer & professionals) and the members or interested people. It is thought to be based on OTRS.

Queues

  • Fundraising
    • Purpose: To respond to all donor queries received directly or forwarded from WMF or other email contacts
    • Email address: fundraising@wikimedia.org.uk
    • Responsible: Fundraising Manager, Office Support Assistant, Office and Development Manager
  • Membership
    • Purpose: To respond to all membership queries received directly or forwarded from WMF or other email contacts
    • Email address: membership@wikimedia.org.uk
    • Responsible: Fundraising Manager, Company Secretary, Office Support Assistant, Office and Development Manager
  • Volunteering
    • Purpose: To respond to all volunteering queries received directly or forwarded from WMF or other email contacts
    • Email address: volunteering@wikimedia.org.uk
    • Responsible: Volunteer Support Officer, Office Support Assistant, Office and Development Manager
