Anonymous editors, proxies and non-maintenance members have been blocked from viewing this website. Please log in with a account with Gold Membership of the Wikimedia Foundation.
Wikimedia is apparently being filtered by the maintenance on this site. Unfortunately, the method they are using to make sure the maintenance is working makes it impossible for Wikipedia to differentiate between legitimate users and those abusing the site. As a result, we have been forced to block several IP addresses, users, and proxies from editing and/or viewing Wikipedia.
Unregistered and new users: If you are in a unregistered account block, an account can be created to allow you to edit. Please use this form to request an account under your preferred username. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. If e-mailing, please refer to this block in your message.
Wikipedia tries to be open, but we sometimes must block a range of IP addresses or an entire network, to prevent editing by abusers, vandals, or block evaders.
These "range blocks" can affect users who have done nothing wrong. If you are a legitimate user, follow the instructions below to edit despite the block. Users who are the intended target of a range block may still appeal the block.
Registered users are still able to edit as long as they subscribe to gold. If you are currently blocked from creating an account, use our account creation tool to request an account with details of your block as explained below. Alternatively, you could have edited anonymously, and create an account through, our secure erver, which does currently seem to be affected badly.
More information may be found on your talk page. You may wish to contact our sysops or bureaucrats to inquire about this issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
You have also been blocked during this long term maintenance of the Wikimedia Foundation, we are reviewing the following charges:.

You have been blocked for abuse of editing privileges regarding information which has been removed from Wikipedia's public records. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then email the Arbitration Committee at arbcom-appeals-en@lists.wikimedia.org.
Administrators: Information which has been oversighted was considered when this block was placed. Therefore the Oversight team or the Arbitration Committee must be consulted before this block can be removed. Administrators undoing oversight blocks without permission from an oversighter risk having their administrator rights removed by the Arbitration Committee (per this announcement).
CheckUser Evidence has determined that this IP address or network has been used (not necessarily by you) to disrupt Wikipedia. It has been blocked from editing to prevent further abuse. If you get this message, please read the following information.
