An enhancement of template:oldid, allowing a link to a section.

Typical usage: {{oldid2|Revision number|Section name|Label}}

Note that if the third parameter is used, the 2nd specifies the section of the page, instead, and the 3rd specifies the link text.

Note that if you place whitespace after the numerical id, the template will malfunction.
