In order to fully function as a chapter, and actually do things, we need members. So, how do we get them?

Ideas:

1. Take membership application forms along to wikimeets
2. Send a message to anyone that's UK-based on their en.wp user talk pages
   1. Compile a list and use AWB?
3. Send to relevant WikiProjects
4. Chase people with a previous involvement with WMUK
5. Contact people that expressed an interest but haven't joined yet including those on these lists
   1. What do you think of this one?
6. Article in Signpost?

1. Create a welcome template for all people who create a user account here, encouraging them to join
2. Publicise in newsletter
3. Email invitation on email list
4. Other email lists? en-wiki
5. Prominent invitation on uk.wikimedia.org homepage
6. Agree a target number of people by a certain date (e.g. AGM) to focus efforts
7. Press release to advertise AGm & membership & donations
8. Encourage people to add {{WMUK}} to their project userpage
