With regard to the minuted decision "It was agreed that the office can support Gibraltarpedia with in-kind contributions, but not funds" - I do not believe this was the decision. We decided to support the Gibraltarpedia project with our normal communications management for events and responding to press enquiries and we had a specific discussion to confirm we would support Gibraltarpedia with our standard merchandizing (leaflets, badges and so forth). We did not give a general agreement for in-kind support. This might be incorrectly interpreted as providing staff time for a month or a desk in the office for an extended period.
