Bearing in mind the many good comments on the UK list & elsewhere, I think it is important to keep this job description flexible, so that it would allow for a more experienced part-timer for the same money. We should also seriously consider a fixed-term contract, perhaps 2 years, given the question marks over what we actually need & the chances of getting it through this job description.
