Wikimedia UK has a small paid staff, whose main role is to support the work of volunteers. Most of the charity's employees are based at our London office, but some work elsewhere. Everyone else is a volunteer, including Board members.

Executive

Lucy Crompton-Reid Chief Executive Lucy is the Chief Executive of Wikimedia UK. Her job is to lead the staff team and make sure that the programme is delivered using everyone in the community. She is responsible for the effective use of the charity's resources and reports to the Board.

Community and Programme

Daria Cybulska Director of Programmes and Evaluation @DCybulska Daria ensures the effective delivery of all aspects of programme management. She is responsible for planning and implementing the strategic development of the Wikimedia UK activity plan, managing volunteers and interns, and building effective relationships and promoting trust with the board and the broader Wikimedia community.	Robin Owain Project Coordinator - Wales Manager Robin helps deliver Wikimedia UK’s programme in Wales by running projects with partner institutions and supporting volunteers. Stuart Prior Project Coordinator Stuart helps deliver Wikimedia UK’s programme by running projects with partner institutions and supporting volunteers. He reports to Daria Cybulska.	Richard Nevell Project Coordinator Richard helps deliver Wikimedia UK’s programme by running projects with partner institutions and supporting volunteers. He reports to Daria Cybulska.	Karla Marte Administration and Programme Assistant Karla supports the whole of the team in the administrative work of the charity, with a focus on programmes and reporting. She reports to Daria Cybulska.
	Lucy Hinnie Digital Skills Wikimedian Lucy works with partner organisations improving their digital skills through training, workshops, and collaborative projects. She reports to Richard Nevell.	Rupal Karia Outreach and Community Coordinator Rupal supports volunteers and recruits new contributors, particularly from underrepresented communities and groups that are new to Wikimedia UK and reports to Daria Cybulska.

Finance and Administration

Sharon Mitcheson Head of Finance and Operations Sharon leads on the finance and operational function of Wikimedia UK and reports to the Chief Executive. She works closely with other members of the Senior Management Team and the Honorary Treasurer to help deliver on Wikimedia UK's charitable aims and ensure the achievement of the strategic plan.

Chukwuebuka Ogbonna Finance and Operations Coordinator Chukwuebuka has experience in Finance spanning 8 years.

Contractors

Contractors are people paid by the charity who often work in our offices, join in on meetings, and are generally seen as part of the staff team. They have signed non-disclosure agreements with Wikimedia UK. However, they are not employed by the charity and cannot represent the the charity or commit the charity to expenditure. They cover a variety of different roles.

Tom Morton Technology contractor @errantx Tom is one of two technology contractors, his role focuses on administering the charity's web infrastructure and providing technical/security support.	Jo Brook
