Overview

The microgrant would be used to fund a field trip to the British Museum for Leicester young persons and their chaperones.

Budget

250 to cover travel expenses from Leicester to London, public transport expenses, for 5 youth 2 adults.

Timeline

Expected outcomes

Give the youth perspective about the issues we talk about in our youth meetings. To give them a sense of history and where they came from, in order for them to know they need to be.

Note, in 2010 the British Museum did welcome a coach of French schoolchildren to help with the creation of articles for the French Wikipedia. This had firm outcomes for the improvement and creation of non-English articles. Please consider what the outcomes you would want to plan for in this trip. --Fæ 08:35, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
