Constitution

Present with speaking rights: Kwan Ting Chan (KTC), Mickey Conn (MC), Tom Holden (TH), Mike Peel (MP), Andrew Turvey (AT)

Apologies for Absence

No apologies were received.

Formation of Company

The five Board members agreed to form Wiki UK Limited and signed the Memorandum and Articles of Association. The signature was witnessed by Nick Lawn.

The five Board members each consented to act as Directors of the company and signed Form 10 accordingly.

AT consented to act as Secretary of the company and signed Form 10 accordingly.

AT agreed to sign Form 12 in the presense of a JP witness and to send the completed forms to Companies House.
