  1. Define scope and structure - finalise at the 9th October GLAM committee
  2. Invite contributors 11th October 2013
  3. First draft 25th October - all pages should now be submitted
  4. Proofreading and agree text
  5. Supply proofs to designer 1st November 2013
  6. Publication date 16th December 2013
