I've rewritten this a lot to reflect where I think our priorities should be a little different from those you had before. Edit away if you think I'm wrong or could be improved.

Thanks for contributing! I think you need to be a bit more specific, long lists (particularly of things that we may or may not do - this is a plan, not a brainstorm, so let's actually decide what we want to do) aren't particularly useful.
