The Wikimedia UK Annual Conference 2012 will be held on May 12 in the Directors' Suite at the Science Museum in London. The conference will incorporate both presentations and talks about Wikipedia/Wikimedia, as well as Wikimedia UK's Annual General Meeting. It will be free to attend for members, and lots of fun.

It is one half of a London Wiki weekend, the second half being our 57th London meetup.

Skillshare

In this session, attendees will have the chance to share their Wikimedia-related skills with other participants, along the lines of Wikimedia skill swap.

Wikimania 2013

The UK has two of the five bid cities for Wikimania 2013, and by the time of the AGM we should know whether Wikimania 2013 will be held in London, Bristol or abroad. So this slot is reserved for the successful UK Wikimania bid team to discuss their bid and the opportunities for other UK Wikimedians to get involved. Alternatively if 2013 goes to Hong Kong, Naples or Surakarta this slot is an opportunity for those involved in the bids to discuss the jury's decision and start thinking about 2014.
