Wiki UK Ltd. Board Meeting Resolutions

This board resolves to approve the Chapters Agreement with the Wikimedia Foundation and, pursuant to Section 82 of the Charities Act 1993, the Board of Directors confers upon the Treasurer, Tom Holden, and the Membership Secretary, Michael Peel, acting together, the authority to sign in the name and on behalf of the charity the chapters agreement with the Wikimedia Foundation

Passed with 4-0 of those present at the meeting. In favour: Michael Conn, Tom Holden, Michael Peel, Andrew Turvey. Abstentions: Kwan Ting Chan.
