Governance Committee

The Governance Committee is a Board committee. It currently consists of:

• Nick Poole (chair, ex officio) (trustee)
• Sangeet Bhullar (trustee)

• Rosie Chapman (external member)

• Rod Ward (trustee)

The committee operates according to the Governance Committee Charter.

Meetings

Meetings of the Governance Committee are generally held quarterly, two to three weeks prior to full board meetings. The CEO is normally in attendance.

Committee agendas and minutes are listed at Board meetings, along with the dates of future meetings.
