• Just one room? Or do we need breakout areas?
• Need to have AV equipment installed, or use WMUK laptop/projector?
• Projector screen needed.
• Seats + tables will be needed.
• Wireless access and suitable number of power sockets needed.

Recommended accommodation

• All in one location, or several? What level of accommodation - youth hostel (e.g. YHA, £20/night), cheap hotel (e.g. Travelodge, £50/night)? VIP accommodation needed for WMF - or organize themselves?

Travel from airport to location

• Depends on whether we're talking London on Manchester: either Heathrow or Manchester International.

• Need refreshments on location (tea/coffee/biscuits but also food at midday)?
• Need to organize locations for evening meals?
