Volunteer Strategy Gathering 1

The Volunteer Strategy Gathering 1 (2014-11-29) gave rise to some thoughts about a more devolved approach to Wikimedia UK:

Mission

Appoint regional coordinators to spur on activity in the their areas
Focus more outside London
Support and develop meetups in Newcastle, Bristol, Leeds and the Midlands
Support local meetups
