Volunteer numbers

In the 2013 FDC bid, WMUK committed to officially reporting numbers of active volunteers, indeed this was a key metric quoted in the bid and offical numbers were quoted at that point. Quite correctly a link to Volunteers/numbers has been removed[1] because it is claimed that this report is not official, even though the same quoted numbers have been officially reported in WMUK Board meeting minutes and in the FDC bid. Could the report please be made official, and maintained as the Board has already committed to doing this as part of being awarded money for 2014? Thanks -- (talk) 17:44, 9 January 2014 (UTC)

Latest figures

The latest figures are long overdue but we are having issues with our CiviCRM database which we are hoping to resolve very shortly. We'd rather get the figure right. This frustrating for everyone. We hope to have them up next week.Jon Davies (WMUK) (talk) 09:58, 10 January 2014 (UTC)

To clarify, WMUK made a firm commitment to publish these figures 3 months ago as part of the FDC bid and presumably problems in using CiviCRM has been the reason for that lengthy delay in producing any reports. Previous figures have already been published, and cannot become "unpublished", in the FDC proposal and in reports to and minutes of the WMUK Board of Trustees.
It seems odd that past published numbers are not "officially" recognized as they have already been complied at Volunteers/numbers, they only lack being called a report. Jon, could you please recognize these existing past figures so they at least can be quoted and used as part of reviewing any trend for this Key Performance Indicator?
