In order to fully function as a chapter, and actually do things, we need members. So, how do we get them?

Ideas:

1. Take membership application forms along to wikimeets
2. Send a message to anyone that's UK-based on their en.wp user talk pages
3. Chase people with a previous involvement with WMUK
4. Contact people that expressed an interest but haven't joined yet
5. Article in Signpost?
6. Send message around the facebook group
7. Create a welcome template for all people who create a user account here, encouraging them to join
