Wikimedia UK v2.0/Candidate questions

Questions to be asked of the candidates for election to the Board of Wikimedia v2.0 in September 2008:

Mandatory questions

These questions must be answered by all candidates or (is the following consequence agreed?) their candidacy will be invalidated.

What is your full name
Are you over 18
Are you legally capable of managing and administering your own affairs
Do you have any unspent convictions relating to any offence involving deception or dishonesty
Are you an undischarged bankrupt
Have you made an undischarged composition or arrangement with, or granted a trust deed for, your creditors?
Are you subject to a disqualification order under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 or to an Order made under section 429(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986;
Have you been removed from the office of charity trustee or trustee for a charity by an Order made by the Charity Commissioners or the High Court on the grounds of any misconduct or mismanagement?
Are you subject to an Order under section 7 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990, preventing you from being concerned in the management or control of any relevant organisation or body?
Are you a permanent UK resident
Do you have the right to work in the UK;
Are you willing to submit to a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check; (is this needed?)
Do you understand and accept the responsibilities of a Trustee listed here
Do you understand and accept the responsibilities of a Company Director listed here
