From the Tech Committee minutes, I think the info email was going to no longer be maintained by volunteers. To keep transparency and a volunteer-centric approach, it may be better to use an address that does not go to a place where volunteers are not allowed to help. Perhaps we should have a "help@" address or similar that always goes to the open OTRS queue? --[[User:Fæ|Fæ]] ([[User talk:Fæ|talk]]) 15:13, 6 April 2014 (BST)
