Requirements:
The nearest airport is Bristol International Airport. A list of venues that fly to Bristol is [http://www.bristolairport.co.uk/flight-information/destinations.aspx here]. It includes most, if not all, European countries with chapters wishing to attend, and New York (well, it says New York - actually it's Newark, NJ!). Any chapter that can't fly direct to Bristol (Wikimedia Australia is the only one I can see) will need to fly to London. They can then either catch a flight from there to Bristol, or Wikimedia UK can assist them in catching a train. The Wikimedia Foundation should be able to fly to Bristol via Newark.
* Just one room? Or do we need breakout areas?
* Need to have AV equipment installed, or use WMUK laptop/projector?
* Projector screen needed.
* Seats + tables will be needed.
* Wireless access and suitable number of power sockets needed.
