I'm Chris Keating. From 2011 to 2016 I was a trustee of Wikimedia UK, and I served as Chair of the Board of Trustees from July 2012 to December 2013.
A bit about me: I have edited the English Wikipedia under the user name The Land since about 2004. I became an administrator in 2006, and have also contributed heavily to a number of Featured Articles, mainly on naval history. I first got involved with Wikimedia UK in Summer 2010 at events organised as part of Liam Wyatt's pioneering residency at the British Museum. I joined the Board in April 2011 and became chair in August 2012.
Professionally, I am a fundraiser for National Deaf Children's Society, having worked for some time in campaigning and fundraising roles at the Liberal Democrats. In my spare time I play the violin in the (not very notable) Lambeth Orchestra.
