Volunteer Strategy Gathering 1
The Volunteer Strategy Gathering 1 (2014-11-29) gave rise to some thoughts about a more devolved approach to Wikimedia UK:
Mission
- Appoint regional coordinators to spur on activity in the their areas
- Focus more outside London
- Support and develop meetups in Newcastle, Bristol, Leeds and the Midlands
- Support local meetups
