Usage
{{MinutesApproved | Minutes PageName | Date | noted= | agm=}}
- The first parameter should be the on-wiki page linking to the decision to approve the minutes
- The second parameter should be the date of the meeting when the minutes were approved
- Optional 'noted' parameter to indicate that the minutes were noted but didn't need to be approved
- Optional 'agm' parameter for minutes approved at an AGM
