This is a bot operated by User:Jarry1250 to import the Wikimedia wikis' global block list to this wiki.
What does that mean?

To centralise this work, the Wikimedia Foundation has create a central database with a very low false positive rate. The bot draws upon that database and uses it to combat the increasing level of spam on this wiki.

If you've been caught up in a block and this feel this is unfair, try contacting irc:wikimedia-uk connect (a response may not be immediate outside of office hours). Over 6 million IP addresses will eventually be blocked under this program, so all requests will be treated in good faith.
