This is a bot operated by User:Jarry1250 to import the Wikimedia wikis' global block list to this wiki.
What does that mean?
WMF Volunteers spending a great deal of time fighting vandalism, including the blocking of individual IP addresses and ranges of IP address. To centralise this work, the Wikimedia Foundation has create a central database with a very low false positive rate. The bot draws upon that database and uses it to combat spam on this wiki.
But I'm not a vandal!
