| Illustration of a camera obscura from a 17th century "Sketchbook on military art, including geometry, fortifications, artillery, mechanics, and pyrotechnics". Left: before digital restoration. Right: After restoration. The file was rotated and cropped; stains, dirt, and ink bleed were removed; the color was balanced and the histogram adjusted. Featured image on the English Wikipedia. | |
