Board activities

There was a Board phone call on Tuesday 26 March, which principally dealt with governance changes are recommended by the Governance Review, including adopting the Governance Committee and Audit & Risk Committee Charters. Before the meeting, the Board passed a resolution via on-wiki voting regarding motions to propose to the April 2013 Extraordinary General Meeting. The Minutes are available to read.

Fundraising and Membership

Fundraising

This month, we received xx in one-off donations, with xx individual donations. The average donation amount was xx - xx% of these donors have had Gift Aid Declarations made and matched with their records. If anyone would like a full (but anonymised) csv file with more information, please get in touch with katherine.bavageatwikimedia.org.uk and let her know your requirements.

There were xx successful direct debits this month, bringing in a total of xx. Further figures are pending the return of one of our staff members.

Membership

Up to 31st March 2013:

  • 178 new (membership commenced in preceding three months) and current members - with 13 new join-ups in March.
  • 94 'grace' members (membership within six months after date membership should be renewed)
This adds up to 272 members who were eligible to vote
  • 10 Expired members
