One of the reasons for the existence of Wikimedia UK is to support projects run by volunteers in the UK (and elsewhere). One of the reasons for the existence of Wikimedia UK is to support projects run by volunteers in the UK (and elsewhere). The current and past projects are given below; we have a page where you can submit a proposal for a project and come up with ideas for projects.
Current projects
Wikimedia UK is currently active in the following projects:
- Wikipedia Loves Art
- Copyright consultation
- Oxford bid for Wikimania 2010 (also see the local sandbox)
