Minutes for Board meeting on 12 May 2012, 12.30-13.00
This board meeting ran until the start of the AGM elections in order to approve new membership approvals on the day of the WMUK AGM, to ensure that all applications were approved prior to the election.

Membership approvals
New members were approved prior to the start of the AGM elections and approval of the AGM resolutions. The new members have been recorded in the in-camera minutes on the Office wiki.
