In order to fully function as a chapter, and actually do things, we need members. So, how do we get them?
Ideas:
- Take membership application forms along to wikimeets
- Send a message to anyone that's UK-based on their en.wp user talk pages
- Compile a list and use AWB?
- Send to relevant WikiProjects
- Chase people with a previous involvement with WMUK
- Contact people that expressed an interest but haven't joined yet including those on these lists
- What do you think of this one?

- Agree a target number of people by a certain date (e.g. AGM) to focus efforts
- Press release to advertise AGm & membership & donations
- Encourage people to add {{WMUK}} to their project userpage
