This page sets out the official rules that have been adopted relating to Membership; more details can be found on the guidelines page.
These Membership Rules were adopted at the 2009 AGM under Article 28 and nothing in these rules can contradict anything that is written in the Articles of Association themselves.
Membership rules
- Membership is open to all
- Membership is not transferable
- Membership is renewed annually based on the acceptance date of the application
- Membership fees will be reviewed at each AGM and may be revised by an Ordinary Resolution of the members.
- The Board of Trustees may, at their discretion, waive the membership fee for Individual Members if they believe it is in the interests of the charity.
