Can I suggest strengthening the bit about being a Wikimedian from merely a possibility to a "high desirable" characteristic? I think this kind of internship is an excellent opportunity to get more community involvement in the office. --Tango (talk) 15:04, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
- We have to be very careful to ensure we are abiding by good equal opportunities practice as per our policies. Be assured that in all our appointments an existing demonstration of engagement are seen as very important.
