For me it makes more sense to do this on meta, since that's where the bid will ultimately be, and it would be good to show our early development work there. Either way, we should definitely not use both in parallel! EdSaperia (talk) 11:23, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

:Well, this is just my view but WMUK wiki seems like the place for all internal planning, minutes, meetings, discussion/debate etc. whilst meta is the "front facing" area were we present firm aspects of the bid to the community. I am apathetic, personally, as to whether that is best or not :) but I think meta would not be [pleased with us using lots of sub-pages for detailed internal planning. --ErrantX (talk) 12:00, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

:: Bear in mind that the home of the 'WikiConference UK' series is here rather than on meta - so I think it makes sense to develop materials on this wiki, and then move versions over to meta as needed. Both places demonstrate the early development work, BTW - and it's easy to link back and forth between them... Mike Peel (talk) 13:00, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

WMUK or Meta?

https://uk.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2014 OR https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2014_bids/London ??

For me it makes more sense to do this on meta, since that's where the bid will ultimately be, and it would be good to show our early development work there. Either way, we should definitely not use both in parallel! EdSaperia (talk) 11:23, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
