:Well, this is just my view but WMUK wiki seems like the place for all internal planning, minutes, meetings, discussion/debate etc. whilst meta is the "front facing" area were we present firm aspects of the bid to the community. :: Bear in mind that the home of the 'WikiConference UK' series is here rather than on meta - so I think it makes sense to develop materials on this wiki, and then move versions over to meta as needed. Both places demonstrate the early development work, BTW - and it's easy to link back and forth between them...
