The General Meeting is the senior body of the charity. It comprises all the members and meets once per year, or more often if required. The annual meetings are also known as Annual General Meetings or AGMs, and other meetings are known as Extraordinary General Meetings or EGMs.
The powers of the General Meeting are set out in the charity's's constitution, in particular clauses 5-13 of the Articles. AGMs must be held within 15 months of the previous AGM.
