We are now looking to grow our team and activities within the UK and require an ambitious and knowledgeable Office & Development Manager. Supporting the CEO in professionalising the organisation, you will manage the office space and facilities, financial systems and budget control; assisting with HR administration and recruitment of the new team. Your duties will include the implementation of new systems and processes, handling documentation for donations, managing payroll and assisting with the charity’s auditors whilst reporting on financial management. In addition you will be required to attend board meetings to take timely and accurate notes, support the development of new projects and encourage and promote the involvement of volunteers. | |||
With proven experience of office and business management, you will have excellent people management skills and project management abilities. With a track record in accurate financial administration and strong software skills, you will demonstrate a flexible and logical way of working and the ability to learn quickly. A strong enthusiasm and interest for Wikimedia and associated projects will be highly desirable. | |||
