Alternatively, can't general meetings (note: not AGMs) be more frequent than annual if we want (e.g. 6-monthly)? In the end I put it in there to provoke discussion about it. | |||

Date of 2010 AGM
Isn't it a bit early to be deciding this? I'd suggest it's left to the Board to call, subject of course to the requirements of the Articles. AndrewRT 13:29, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
- I was wary that it would be rather early when I added it into the agenda. However, it might be possible to state a month for the AGM, if there is the desire to do that (e.g. "late february 2010". Alternatively, can't general meetings (note: not AGMs) be more frequent than annual if we want (e.g. 6-monthly)? In the end I put it in there to provoke discussion about it.
