• 7 Jan: call from someone wanting to contact an organisation we have a Wikipedia article for.

Discussion items

• Payment of GLAM-WIKI catering invoice; CC-UK travel expenses; organiser expenses and fee

Preparation of documents

• Catch-up chapters report drafted; approved and sent out. See Newsletter/2010Catchup.
• Kick-start grant report drafted, awaiting approval: Initiatives/Kick-start grant/Report
• Revised newsletter at Open Access/2011/January; approved and sent out.

Tasks to do

• Incorporate actions from Minutes 4Jan11 into these reports
• GLAM-WIKI section for newsletter
• Set up OTRS on the wikimedia.org.uk site/server
• Work through email backlog...
• Help with Accounts information

Outstanding actions

• MP to respond to Simple English Wikipedia research proposal asking for further information.
• MP to email internal-l with problem + current solution with the WMUK logo on the Paypal donation page not being on a secure server, and to implement an SSL certificate if that is the best way forward.
• MP to put together a summary on GLAM-WIKI for the next board meeting: survey results, what went well, what could have been done better.
• AT and TD prepare a report for the WMF chapters grant, for email approval, and to approach the Foundation to extend the grant - transferred to MP
