HP has agreed to sponsor the Global Fund Raising Event 14-16 May | |||
HP has persuaded The Watershed Partnership to co-sponsor the same event | |||
The 3-day event will take place: | |||
Friday in HP Campus Filton (just outside Bristol) | |||
Saturday/Sunday (centre of Bristol near floating harbour) at Watershed | |||
All lunches are free courtesy of HP | |||
HP are likely to pay for 'evening entertainment' for delegates on Friday night (TBD) | |||
Bristol City Council are likely to pay for 'evening entertainment' for delegates on Saturday night (TBD) | |||
Purpose of these 2 night events is to provide a backdrop that is both convivial and engaging so any unfinished business discussion can take place and to be entertaining at the same time - so it is not in a rock & roll venue but somewhere where people can talk and relax at the same time | |||
Still to be finalised - the evening events & costs of youth hostels, cheap hotels | |||
Then all of the running of the event and liaison with both venues will be in the hands of Tango | |||
